TO GET YOUR SCORE:

Each YES = 10 points
Each OCCASIONALLY = 5 points
Each NO = 0 points

0 to 20 total points = little to no hearing loss
25 to 60 points show a need for a hearing evaluation.
65 to 100 points show severing hearing difficulty - please consult a professional or full hearing evaluation immediately.
